Introducing Denzil, our talented Machine Shop Floor Supervisor at PWR. With an experienced background in toolmaking and engineering, specializing in plastic injection moulding, Denzil has been a valued member of our PWR team for the past five years.
Over the years, Denzil has witnessed PWR’s remarkable growth and takes pride in knowing he has not only contributed to our success in motorsports, but also in our expansion into diverse sectors and aerospace accreditation.
Denzil’s dedication and hard work have earned him remarkable achievements. Rising from his role as a Toolroom floor manager to the position he holds today, he not only oversees operations but also embraces the opportunity to mentor and train apprentices, nurturing their abilities and confidence. As a mentor, Denzil upholds a high standard of work and serves as a role model for others. His dedication and commitment were recognized when he was awarded Employee of the Year in 2021.

Outside of PWR, he loves to go fishing, and his favourite meal at Weely’s Diner is Grant’s Sticky Ribs.
