PWR offers all current employees and their immediate family members the opportunity to access our nominated Employee Assistance program provider; Acacia.
Acacia is a confidential counselling and support service offered to help employees deal with personal or work-related issues in a positive way. This involves short-term counselling sessions to assist in overcoming life’s challenges and help return you to a better state of emotional well-being.

PWR understands the challenges employees face from day to day. Supporting the mental wellbeing of our employees is a priority and we believe by having an onsite Mental Health First Aid Officer we can provide employees who may be experiencing mental health issues or emotional distress with an initial point of contact, sense of safety, someone to speak with, no judgement conversations, reassurance and to guide them to obtain the appropriate help.

As part of an initiative, PWR have brought on board Rival Finance for current employees to have access to their service by offering professional expert financial advice on a wide range of funding solutions including home loans, investment loans, asset loans, property finance and other financial matters. Rival Finance are happy to engage with employees either in person at our site in Ormeau or at their offices or over the phone.
